The fastest way to reach me is on Discord. Message @Cinestra directly and I will get back to you as soon as I can. There is no support ticket system or email address, just a person who built this and wants it to work well for you.
Send feedback
If you are logged in, the feedback widget is available right in the app. You can send a general note, suggest a feature idea, or report a bug. I read every one and reply when I have something useful to say.
You can also view your past feedback and any replies I have left at mushroomgamers.com/feedback.
Report a bug
If something is broken, please let me know what happened and what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots or a short description of the steps that led to the issue are really helpful. Send it through the feedback widget in the app or message me on Discord.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself from the mobile app or on the website in Settings → Delete Account. If you want a public guide you can share or bookmark, use mushroomgamers.com/delete-account.
Deleting your account removes your account access and associated account data, removes you from parties, deletes parties with no remaining members, and automatically transfers party leadership when other members remain.
If you cannot sign in and need help reaching the deletion flow, message @Cinestra on Discord.
Availability schedules are already pruned automatically on a rolling basis, so only the current and next week are ever stored.
