Terms of Service

Mushroom Gamers is a free scheduling tool I built for MapleStory boss-run parties. It is a personal project, not a commercial product. By using it, you are agreeing to these terms.

• Please choose a display name that is your own and not an attempt to impersonate someone else.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and magic-link token private.
• One account per person. Bots and automated accounts are not permitted.

I built this to help people schedule boss runs together. Please use it for that purpose. The following are not acceptable:

• Harassing, impersonating, or abusing other users
• Attempting to access data from parties you are not a member of
• Scraping, overloading, or attempting to reverse-engineer the service
• Using the app for anything illegal

Your data belongs to you. I only store what is necessary to make the app work. You can delete your account at any time from the app or website. Please see the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what is stored and how.

Availability data is automatically cleaned up on a rolling two-week basis, so old schedules do not persist.

When you join a party, other members of that party can see your display name, the time slots you have marked as available, and scheduled boss runs. Party leaders can schedule and cancel runs. If you leave a party, your availability is no longer visible to that party.

Discord notifications are opt-in and configured by the party admin. If your party has Discord enabled, your name may appear in run notifications sent to that party's channel via the YoonA bot.

This is a personal project provided free of charge, as-is. I cannot make guarantees about uptime or that things will never go wrong. I am not liable for any losses resulting from using or not being able to use the service.

I reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You are welcome to stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the app or website.

I may update these terms as the app evolves. The date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after an update means you are accepting the changes.
