This page explains how to delete your Mushroom Gamers account and associated data.

How to delete your account

You need to sign in before the website can delete your account. After signing in, go to Settings → Delete Account to complete deletion.

If you use the mobile app, you can also delete your account from the in-app account settings.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your Mushroom Gamers account and sign-in access are removed.
  • Your saved availability and schedule preset are removed.
  • Your party memberships are removed.
  • If you are the only remaining member of a party, that party and its scheduled runs are deleted.
  • If other members remain in a party you lead, leadership transfers automatically so the party can continue.

Data retention notes

Most account data is removed as part of deletion. Some limited records may be retained only when there is a legitimate technical or legal reason to do so.

Availability data is already pruned automatically on a rolling two-week basis, so old schedules do not persist indefinitely.
