Delete your Mushroom Gamers account

Mushroom Gamers is a MapleStory party scheduling app. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and what data is removed.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Sign in at mushroomgamers.com, or open the Mushroom Gamers mobile app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Security → Danger zone.
  3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account permanently.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You do not need to contact anyone to complete it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following:

  • Your account and sign-in access (display name, hashed password, magic-link and session tokens).
  • Your party memberships.
  • Your schedule and availability data, including your saved availability slots and your schedule preset.
  • Your linked Discord connection (the Discord user ID and username stored on your account).
  • Your stored push-notification tokens (mobile and web push registrations).
  • Your event attendance records and any feedback you submitted.

When this leaves a party with no members, that party and its scheduled runs are deleted too. If you lead a party that still has other members, leadership transfers automatically so the party can continue.

What is kept, and for how long

Deletion is immediate and permanent in the live database. Mushroom Gamers does not keep a separate archive or hidden copy of deleted accounts: the records listed above are erased in a single operation.

Availability data is also pruned automatically on a rolling two-week basis even before deletion, so old schedules never persist.

The only residual copies are in routine encrypted database backups kept by the hosting provider (Turso). These backups roll over automatically, and any leftover copy of deleted data is purged within 24 hours. Backups are used only for disaster recovery and are never used to restore an individual deleted account.
